Oak Grove Retreat – Tarboro


Explore a variety of classes at Oak Grove Retreat to strengthen your body, calm your mind, and boost your creativity. With affordable pricing at $15 per class and package discounts available, these sessions cater to all levels. Inquire or RSVP to these events here!


-Strength Building and Flexibility: Mondays, 6:30-7:30 PM. This class focuses on balance, mobility, and body awareness while building strength and flexibility.


-Morning Yin Yoga: Tuesdays, 10:30-11:30 AM. A meditative, healing practice using long-held, gentle poses to stretch connective tissues, calm the nervous system, and start the day peacefully.


-Hula Hoop and Hoopdance: Tuesdays, 6:30-7:30 PM. A fun and creative workout covering on-body and off-body hooping, dance, tricks, and balance. Hoops are provided, and custom hoops are available for purchase.


-Yin Yoga: Wednesdays, 6:30-7:30 PM. Similar to the morning session, this class offers a relaxing way to unwind in the evening with gentle, passive poses.
